El resumen numérico de las variables cuantitativas tiene los siguientes estadísticos:

value: nombre de la nueva variable que contiene valores asociados a las variables de interés.
La función group_by() permitirá agrupar por variable, es decir, que en teoría se tendrán 15 grupos (porque son 15 variables).
La función summarise() permite generar resúmenes numéricos en función de la agrupación previa. Los nombres Promedio, DE, Min, Max y Mediana los asigna el usuario.
Nota: el argumento na.rm = TRUE en las funciones de estadísticos descriptivos permite remover los NAs para efectuar el cálculo.
